Isolated clients and campaigns
Each brand has its own lists, briefs, rules, hashtags, assets and connections, without mixing context between projects.

WebHat product developed for teams managing multiple clients, campaigns and large volumes of content
WebHat designed and developed SOCIAL HAT as a single workspace for organising assets, preparing posts, previewing them across networks, editorial review and content delivery or publication. Work is grouped by client and campaign list, keeping each project's context, files, rules and permissions separate.
This is more than a posting calendar. The system connects a Cloud-first media library, controlled uploads, a Preview editor for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, AI-assisted generation, role-based access and background jobs. Direct publishing is deliberately limited to configured and approved Meta connections and formats. TikTok can be previewed but is not presented as an active direct-publishing destination.
Product components
The library, Preview editor, AI and publishing mechanisms work with the same entities: client, campaign, post and media asset. This helps the team avoid scattered files and versions that are difficult to track.
Each brand has its own lists, briefs, rules, hashtags, assets and connections, without mixing context between projects.
Assets are organised in the Cloud. People without accounts can submit images, video, text, PDFs or audio through folders protected by tokens, passwords and quotas.
The editor simulates Feed, Story, Reel, Carousel and TikTok formats, with shared or network-specific text and media.
AI proposes draft text and images for editorial review. Facebook and Instagram publishing requires explicit confirmation and is executed with an audit trail.
Functional architecture
Originals remain in the Cloud, while SOCIAL HAT maintains the working structure, permissions, references, states and lightweight variants needed by the interface.
Each campaign's controlled sources.
The workspace where assets become reviewable posts.
Outputs retain human control and traceability.
Manages users, clients, global settings, social connections and access rules.
Selects assets, creates and adapts previews, checks AI output and prepares the final content.
Views shared lists and downloads permitted packages, without editing access or visibility of internal comments.
Stores originals, optimised variants and the separate structure for each client and campaign.
Continue synchronisation, media processing, AI generation and publishing even when the user changes pages.
Operational workflow
The editor works in one Preview. Text and media can initially be shared across networks and then adapted without modifying the saved post until explicit confirmation.
The list can be viewed and downloaded through limited access, without exposing internal comments or raw Cloud links.
The team can download the final package when direct publishing is not wanted or is unavailable.
Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts receive the confirmed snapshot of text and originals through a job with an audit log.
Technical information
The platform separates the fast interface from slower processes. Uploading, Cloud synchronisation, media optimisation, AI generation and publishing run under controlled conditions, with visible states and without making the user's browser tab responsible for execution.
Large files are sent in chunks, reassembled as pending assets and subsequently synchronised with Cloud, avoiding fragile multipart requests on mobile.
The original remains the source for download and publishing, while the interface uses thumbnails, lightweight images, posters and video previews.
AI, synchronisation, media processing and publishing continue through a runner or cron, with locking, progress tracking and protection against duplicate requests.
Lists remain lightweight. The full editor, extended library and AI workflows are requested only when the user opens the relevant action.
Owner, admin, editor, viewer and public links have distinct permissions. AI context is limited to the current client and campaign.
Tokens are encrypted, each command stores a snapshot, and scheduling, successful publication and errors remain in the operational history.
WebHat experience
SOCIAL HAT's value is not a single feature but the connection between assets, brief, preview, review and distribution. Its architecture retains human control, separates clients, protects originals and allows integrations to expand without turning the platform into a collection of parallel modules.
