Where do we start?
Your business sector, size and locations.
Websites, applications and categories of data in use.
Existing documentation, requirements received and project objectives.
We determine requirements from your activities, data processing, technologies, company size and role in the supply chain. The applicability record distinguishes statutory obligations, contractual conditions and safeguards recommended for identified risks.
How do we determine whether NIS2 applies?
We review the services actually provided, sectors in the annexes to Emergency Ordinance 155/2024, size criteria and specific scope cases. Requirements received from an NIS2 customer through supplier relationships are assessed separately from the company’s direct statutory status.
What does a regulated NIS2 audit involve?
The audit is performed by an auditor with a valid DNSC attestation and the required independence. We define the systems and documentation assessed, responsible professional and report delivered. Implementation and the regulated audit have separate roles and deliverables.
Can we work with existing documentation and applications?
Yes. We review what is already in place, retain suitable documents and controls and address gaps at source. The quote identifies configurations, integrations and documents to update, together with team and supplier responsibilities.
How is the legal component provided?
Legal advice is provided by a lawyer through the professional practice required by law. DPO, IT implementation and audit roles are assigned separately according to applicable expertise and conditions. The contract identifies the owner of each deliverable.
How are project cost and ongoing support calculated?
Cost reflects the number of processes, websites, applications, locations, users and applicable requirements. We separate assessment, documentation, implementation, professional services and ongoing support. Check frequency and response times are agreed for the specific project.
