An AI-generated business video is communication material that needs planning, editing and checking, not merely a sequence produced from a prompt. The script establishes the message, shots and intended action. Generation is one stage alongside image selection, continuity, sound, captions and preparation for the publishing channel.

What matters to viewers is what they understand: a process, service or visual proposal. A realistic appearance does not turn a synthetic scene into a product demonstration or a recording of a client. The material's role and description must remain correct from the brief through to the page or campaign where it appears.

This guide follows a fictional document-organisation example with an original 16-second storyboard. The diagrams are built in code; they are not generated frames, an actual application or campaign outcomes. Authentic photographs illustrate phone recording and social publishing context. The TikTok photograph dates from 2020. The article loads neither a player nor a background video.

What role can AI video play in business communication?

Establish what the material explains and does not claim to prove

A concept can be presented through graphic shapes, demonstrative scenes or a mixture of real and synthetic material. If a page promises to demonstrate a working process, the images must match that process. An invented interface must not suggest that a product already has a feature or that a client achieved a particular outcome.

Our example explains the idea of organisation: separate documents, grouping, identifying information and an invitation to discuss the service. It displays no company name or actual document. Graphic shapes are sufficient for the message, and the conceptual role is stated. This choice also reduces the information needing checks before use.

Among the types of artificial intelligence, video generation differs from analysing a recording. An application producing motion does not certify the authenticity of what it shows. The commercial requirement separately names proposed material, necessary real evidence and the person authorised to approve the final version for publication on the company's behalf.

What should be prepared before generation?

The brief includes message, editorial duration and destination

We name the audience, main idea, language and final action. For the fictional example, we choose a short asset leading to the service explanation, not to an operation executed in an application. We establish whether the message must work without sound, where text appears and which elements remain authorised assets inserted later during editing.

The video brief names the message and boundaries

  1. Purpose

Conceptually explain document organisation, not demonstrate a client project.

  2. Subject

Graphic shapes and fictional documents without personal data.

  3. Destination

Layout, language, sound and final action set before production.

  4. Acceptance

Correct message, continuity, readability and authorised assets.

Original framework for a fictional project. This article generates no video and publishes no campaign.

Google's video production guide separates subject, action, context and composition. These dimensions describe each shot without copying a provider's example. A complete brief need not be long: it must specify what appears, what changes and what the viewer should understand at the end of the sequence.

Authorised references and visual identity are prepared in advance. An official logo, actual product or voice is not an element to replace with an approximation without checking. The guide to AI image generation for business explains static-asset selection and editing; video adds their development over time and the relationship between shots.

The example record separates production instructions from public-facing copy. Directions for moving documents must not appear as captions, and an internal review note is not a commercial claim. This separation lets the business approve the script without having to interpret a tool's technical parameters.

What does a clear storyboard for a short asset look like?

Four demonstrative shots, each with a distinct role

The storyboard proposes four intervals of four seconds, totalling 16 seconds. This is an editorial choice for the example, not a generator's available duration. Shots and timing will follow the approved deliverable. The rectangles below are graphic notation for documents and a message, not product screenshots.

Conceptual storyboard · proposed 16 seconds

  1. Shot 1 · 0–4 s

Separate graphic documents introduce the organisation problem without actual data.

  2. Shot 2 · 4–8 s

The same shapes are grouped. Proposed movement preserves object identity.

  3. Shot 3 · 8–12 s

One document is highlighted. Explanatory text is added under control in editing.

  4. Shot 4 · 12–16 s

Space for the message and service invitation, without invented numerical promises.

Original storyboard, not a produced video or campaign test. Intervals total 16 seconds; transitions and voice are designed during actual editing after script approval.

Every shot has an explanatory function. An element added simply because it looks spectacular is checked against the message and reading time. For AI in marketing, the script stays connected to the objective: understanding the service, reaching the page or making a relevant enquiry, not merely accumulating visual effects.

Storyboard review is easier to bound than remaking an edited sequence. We mark words that must be spoken and information that must be seen. A detail appearing only briefly is not treated as a sufficient explanation of an important commercial condition. The information moves into an appropriate message or the landing page.

Shots connect through an explicit rule: the same shapes remain recognisable as they are organised. A document disappearing without reason can suggest deletion instead of grouping. This difference is recorded in review criteria. A beautiful transition is not accepted if it changes the operation explained by the fictional script and page text.

How are tools selected without outdated recommendations?

Check the specific service, model and access at production time

At the 2 November 2026 review, OpenAI documentation lists Sora 2 and Videos API as removed from the API on 24 September 2026. Google lists Veo 3.1 Preview models in the Gemini API as shut down on 22 October 2026. These statements concern the named products and access routes, not every service sharing a brand family.

A project checks capabilities actually available: permitted inputs, reference images, audio, duration, format and usage conditions. Production does not start from an old tutorial that still displays a code sample. A documentation page can retain historical explanations even when its current notice identifies withdrawal of that particular access route.

Comparison follows brief criteria and the cost of an accepted deliverable, including rejected attempts and editing. The guide to choosing an AI model explains the general method. This article reports no original generator test or recommendation of an account, tariff or replacement product not evaluated for the scenario.

How are continuity and motion checked?

Watch the complete clip, not only the opening and closing frames

Google's best-practice guide recommends a focused moment for short sequences and separate shots for distinct events. In our example, grouping documents is a bounded action. We do not simultaneously request a change of space, objects and viewpoint without an editorial purpose. Camera motion and subject motion are described separately so that the result can be assessed.

Check continuity within shots and between them

  1. Subject

The same objects and characteristics, without unrequested transformations.

  2. Space

Positions and directions compatible with the action explained.

  3. Light and style

Changes are intentional and consistent with the script.

  4. Message

Text and image imply no nonexistent outcomes or features.

Original review list. A correct opening frame or reused reference does not establish continuity throughout the clip.

We check that documents retain their number and shape, edges do not dissolve and highlighting appears on the correct object. For realistic scenes, review includes proportions, interaction, light and unrequested transformations. A successful isolated frame does not justify accepting a sequence that changes meaning while moving.

A reference image can establish visual intent, but the temporal output still needs separate checking. For simple, precise graphic movement, conventional animation can be appropriate. Generation is not required merely because a project's title mentions AI. A deliverable can combine methods, with records of materials and interventions retained for each.

The observation list identifies the shot and moment alongside the reason for correction. Replacing a sequence also requires reviewing its connections with neighbouring shots: the object's ending position, the next movement's direction and message continuity. Approval of a local correction is not confused with approval of the complete edit assembled from versions, which needs another full review.

How are voice, music and captions prepared?

Audio messaging and accessible information are planned together

W3C WAI recommends planning accessibility from the script and distinguishes visual description, captions, transcripts and the player. In the fictional example, essential information must also reach people unable to use sound. A decorative title inside the image is not confused with a complete representation of speech and sounds needed for understanding.

Sound and accessibility have separate roles

  1. Voice

Spoken message, pronunciation and usage rights.

  2. Ambience and music

Editorial purpose, suitable levels and authorised material.

  3. Accessible captions

Speech and sound information relevant to understanding.

  4. Description and transcript

Information needed by people unable to see or hear the material.

Original checklist informed by W3C WAI's component distinctions. Specific requirements follow the content and format delivered; decorative text does not replace captions.

We check term pronunciation, synchronisation and music levels relative to the voice. A technical name or address must remain intelligible without background sound obscuring it. Another language requires timing adjustments and message review; a translation is not assumed to have exactly the same length and pauses.

Voice and music have their own usage records. A synthetic voice must not imply endorsement by a real person who did not participate. The guide to AI voice applications and assistants separately addresses voice interaction; a video voiceover is an editorial deliverable, not an assistant executing tasks.

What stays under control during editing?

Text, logo and the final action are checked after export

Editing connects shots, adjusts pacing and adds approved material. Headlines and the logo can be inserted as controlled assets instead of relying on letters generated in every frame. For company visual identity, the official version, proportions and reading space are preserved, including after adaptation to vertical format.

Text needs contrast and sufficient display time for its content. Its position is checked against channel interface elements that can cover the edges. An essential offer condition is not left in a corner disappearing after cropping. Website and social-platform exports may require different compositions.

The final file is played completely with and without sound, checking the opening, transitions and ending. An exported file can behave differently from the editor preview. Masters and approved variants receive clear names so that the team does not accidentally upload a draft containing old text, unsuitable audio or unapproved elements.

The final invitation must match the actual destination. If it leads to the service presentation, the page must not directly open a financial operation or a form carrying different conditions. Address and user journey are checked separately from editing; a button drawn into the video is not itself a functional page link.

How are rights and transparency preserved?

Each input and each use receive a separate check

We inventory reference images, actual footage, voices, music, logos and client materials. Tool terms and publication conditions are checked for the specific destination. Being able to watch a clip online is not permission to transform it into an advertisement; generating a file does not automatically establish all rights over its inputs.

YouTube requires disclosure of realistic AI content or significant alterations under its stated conditions. AI-assisted scriptwriting and an invented realistic scene are different situations. The chosen channel's rule is applied and the material described correctly; a label does not justify a false commercial claim or unauthorised use of someone's identity.

The article on deepfakes and business identity protection explains authorised production versus impersonation. The visual record retains provenance and approvals, and publication does not present conceptual scenes as actual events, testimonials or outcomes. This check concerns the complete material's meaning, not just its caption.

How can video be published without needlessly loading the website?

A channel export differs from web integration

A platform-upload export is not automatically suitable for direct website playback. Container, codec, resolution and frame rate are checked as separate parameters. YouTube upload instructions contain destination-specific requirements and recommendations; one channel's setting list is not turned into a universal recipe for every page.

Publishing follows export verification

  1. Approved master

    Confirmed edit, message and assets.

  2. Channel variant

Framing, text, sound and destination-appropriate settings.

  3. Transparency

Identify synthetic content and apply required platform settings.

  4. Verification

Complete playback, captions, link and landing page.

  5. Measurement

Indicators defined for the campaign message and objective.

Original workflow, not campaign results. A successful export alone establishes neither correct publication nor conversions.

For websites, web.dev explains poster images and usage-appropriate loading. We prefer visitor-controlled playback and check resources downloaded before activation. A video or poster responsible for LCP has a different priority from material far below the first screen. Measurement includes the complete page, not only the file.

This guide uses a static storyboard and optimised photographs without an embed, autoplay or new video dependency. A project with actual playback also checks keyboard access, captions, pausing and slow-connection behaviour. Implementation must preserve access to the written explanation, including when a visitor does not want to download or watch the material.

How is usefulness measured beyond views?

Indicators follow message and destination: understanding the service, reaching the appropriate page or making a relevant enquiry. A view is not automatically a conversion, while platform reports and website behaviour measure different stages. The event and period are defined before interpretation, and observation is kept separate from estimation.

Variant comparison retains the named conditions: audience, destination, message and interval. If these change simultaneously, the whole difference is not attributed to a particular shot. This article contains no test outcomes or growth percentages. The storyboard is a starting point for material that must be produced, checked and evaluated within the actual project.

The version record connects published material to the approved script and export. A later text or landing-page change receives a separate record so that reporting does not mix different conditions. Handover names the owner of these updates and of withdrawing a variant that no longer matches the current offer, without deleting the working history.

Frequently asked questions about AI-generated video

Can a realistic clip be used as a testimonial?

A testimonial must match the actual authorised person, participation and statements. A synthetic scene is not presented as a client's endorsement or a recording of a real outcome.

Does the storyboard establish the generator's limit?

No. Storyboard duration is an editorial decision. Technical limits are checked for the chosen service and configuration. The final edit can combine shots produced through different methods.

Does a reference image automatically preserve every detail?

The reference conveys intent, but the entire temporal result is checked. Objects, geometry, text and continuity may need correction or another production method. Acceptance does not rely only on the opening frame.

Are captions the same as decorative text?

No. Accessible captions represent speech and sound information relevant to understanding. An on-screen headline can have another role. Visual description and transcripts are established separately for the delivered material.

Should the same export be used across every channel?

Destinations can have different framing and requirements. Text, margins, sound and playback are checked in each approved variant. Automatic cropping is not assumed to preserve the message and final action.

Must a clip load automatically when the page opens?

Loading follows role and position. A poster and controlled playback can limit initial downloads. Performance and accessibility are checked in the complete implementation, without an identical rule for every video.

From a visual idea to coherent communication

Useful material has a script, continuity and a clear destination. For social media promotion, WebHat connects visual production to the message, channel variants and publishing checks. AI can support production stages; approval, rights and measurement remain explicit parts of the deliverable, not conclusions inferred from a spectacular clip.
